What I offer

Birth doulas are knowledgeable, experienced professionals who provide emotional and physical support to expecting mothers throughout their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period. They work closely with mothers to ensure they have a positive and empowering birth experience. Birth doulas offer guidance and teach coping techniques during labor, which can alleviate pain and reduce stress. They also provide information and resources to help mothers make informed decisions about their birth preferences. With their extensive training, birth doulas are able to provide individualized support to each mother they work with, and can make a significant impact on the overall birth experience.

I absolutely adore being present for birthing parents. Witnessing the arrival of a new life into the world is a truly magical experience, and I feel incredibly honored to be a part of it. The energy and emotion in the delivery room is palpable, and it's truly amazing to see how each family's unique story unfolds. While every birth is different, the common thread is the immense strength, bravery, and love that each birthing parent displays. It's a privilege to offer support, guidance, and advocacy throughout the birthing process, and to watch families grow and bond in this special moment. Being present for birthing parents fills my heart with joy and gratitude, and I wouldn't trade this work for anything in the world.
